The horizontal drilling machine is for building under crossing of pipelines, communi-cation lines or other communications under main road and railway or construction in a ground of I-IV classes in accordance with GOST 25100-95 (except rock and half-rock). The ground must have skeleton thickness no more than 2 gram per squared centimeter. The horizontal drilling machine works without traffic congestion or demo-lition (roundabout way) construction, in other words it works by pipe driving.
Principle of operation this machine is mechanical drilling. The general executive de-vice of machine is drilling (milling) head. A building pipe-cartridge is given simulta-neously to bottom (bore) during drilling. The ground, which forms as a result of de-velopment, permanently is moved away by conveyer screw. A feed of drilling mechanism and pipe-cartridge is made by motor winch. Maximum single techno-logical length of passage (without interchange of machine in a cartridge or inter-change anchor or without change of a rope insert) is 30 meters (during work of winch through pulley block).
The conveyer screw is assembled from separate section to necessary length. A crossing may be building to all length, if there is limited conditions, the crossing are built gradual extension of cartridge and conveyer screw. The machine's assemblies are arranged on a general cradle that fixes in a crossing axis. A power unit is a personal diesel engine. The machine can be completed devices and instruments for horizontal or vertical extend of cartridge. It secures cartridge exit to given point.
The screw sizes (necessary diameters and lengths), which are included in the complete machine, are coordinated in addition with Customer.
The following components ate included in integral implements for cartridge laying, which has concrete diameter and 60 meters long:

Screw connectives – 15 pieces; - Transition elements (saddle) for assembling the machine on the pipe-cartridge – 1 set.
